Raiders QB Terrelle Pryor returns to practice; RB Darren McFadden, not so much

Terrelle Pryor @TerrellePryor was back at Raiders practice on Thursday after taking Wednesday to rest his sprained MCL. He split the first-team reps with backup quarterback Matt McGloin. Scott Bair of CSN Bay Area said the two will split the reps again during Friday's practice. Why?
"Try as they might to determine explosiveness and durability, the Raiders won't really know how Pryor will respond until game time," Bair wrote. So, Oakland has to prepare as if Pryor won't respond well.
Meanwhile, running back Darren McFadden @dmcfadden20 remains far off the radar for Week 11. He is still dealing with a strained hamstring and hasn't practiced in almost two weeks. Running back Rashad Jennings @RashadJennings will get another start, this one coming against the Texans.

Fantasy Analysis:

As you could tell in that quote, Pryor is a game-time decision. He is a low-end QB2 whose fantasy value begins and pretty much ends with his legs. If he can't run for some big gains or score a rushing touchdown, the Raiders -- and Pryor's fantasy owners -- are not going to have a nice day, because he is simply abysmal as a passer right now. Considering Pryor's injury, his inability to throw the ball, the Texans' pass rush and their top-ranked defense, I want nothing to do with Oakland's entire passing attack this Sunday.
Jennings racked up more than 100 yards on 22 touches last week at the Giants. The Raiders are very comfortable giving him a big workload, and I expect him to see more than a few dump-off passes against Houston. Jennings is in the RB2 range.

@ lucassidy2 - I'm in the same boat, only with Vereen in the mix too. I'm just looking to stick someone in at flex (non-ppr). With the assumption that McGloin will be playing at least the second half of the game, if not starting, I really don't know who to trust either.

I would go Jennings.
PPR League, please pick two: Jennings, Sproles or Ray Rice?
Thanks.

Pick one please:
Jennings, Brian Leonard, Fred Jackson, CJ Spiller
(standard league)

Well aren't we all just a bunch of sad-sacks. I have to play Jennings as the Miami O-Line is in shambles, but if you have legit starters like Sproles, Rice, Jackson, and Spiller...I think you are stuck starting them. See you all in the Toilet-Bowl
