Steelers RB Isaac Redman lied to team doctors regarding concussion

The Pittsburgh Post-Gazette is reporting that Pittsburgh Steelers running back Isaac Redman @ired33 attempted to play through a concussion during his team's September 16 game at Cincinnati. Redman told the medical staff that he was fine in order to stay in the game. The Steelers are fighting Redman's claim, stating the team followed NFL rules regarding players who may or may not have sustained a concussion.

Fantasy Analysis:

To be perfectly candid with you, my fellow readers, this is a fantasy football site, right? Well, regardless of whether Redman is concussed or not, he has no shot to contribute anything for our fantasy teams. The Steelers offensive line is one of the worst in the league right now and Jerome Bettis in his prime couldn't offer anything to this team. Kudos to Redman for speaking out if he felt it was right. Bottom line is that he is stuck in a really bad situation along with Jonathan Dwyer @JDwyer27 and Le'Veon Bell when he finally gets to play.
