Ravens RB Ray Rice practices Wednesday, says he expects to play in Week 4

In an encouraging sign of his availability this weekend, Ravens running back Ray Rice @RayRice27 practiced Wednesday. It was Rice's first practice since sustaining a hip flexor strain in Week 2. Bernard Pierce @BPierce_30 filled in for him last week against the Texans, but Rice said after today's practice that he expects to be active Sunday versus the Bills.

Fantasy Analysis:

I don't really care about what Rice expects; every athlete expects to be playing unless they are basically near death. But the fact that Rice went through practice on Wednesday -- a day coaches commonly rest injured veterans -- tells me that he indeed has a good shot of playing. He has a golden matchup ahead against the Bills' putrid run defense.
