Patriots TE Zach Sudfeld has a pulled hamstring
The injuries keep coming for the Patriots. Tight end Zach Sudfeld pulled a hamstring during Sunday's win over the Bills. He didn't play at all in the fourth quarter because of it.
I guess this injury happened during the game, but it might as well have happened prior to it because Sudfeld was invisible in Week 1. He played just 19 snaps and didn't catch the one target he saw. The injury helps explain the low usage, but with Rob Gronkowski practicing and looking good to return in two weeks, you can probably release Sudfeld. Hamstring injuries always seem to nag, so he has long odds of even playing in Week 2.
