Chiefs RB Jamaal Charles, Cowboys QB Tony Romo, WR Dez Bryant miss time due to injury Sunday

Week 1 didn't present many devastating injuries outside of Pittsburgh. But a few fantasy studs made us hold our breath for a moment.
Chiefs running back Jamaal Charles @jcharles25 exited Sunday's game during the third quarter because of a quadriceps injury. He returned later on and got a couple of carries before sitting out most of the fourth quarter. However, a source tells Pro Football Talk that Charles is "totally fine." He probably would have stayed in the game if the Chiefs didn't have a 26-point lead in the fourth.
On Sunday night, Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo and Dez Bryant @DezBryant were both in pain. Romo got sandwiched just before halftime and stayed down for about a minute before gingerly walking to the sidelines. The team said Romo just got the wind knocked out of him. The validity of that diagnosis is questionable, since Romo grimaced in pain after making a couple of throws in the second half, but he was out there for the entire half, and he didn't look too hindered.
Bryant's left ankle was rolled up on late in the fourth quarter. He went to the sidelines and smashed a water cooler out of frustration, but he came back in a few minutes later and was the target on a two-point conversion attempt. He looked fine coming out of his break and jumping for the pass.
All three of these players are currently expected to play Sunday when the Chiefs face the Cowboys.

Fantasy Analysis:

Of course, we all thought heading into Sunday that Roddy White was fine, too.
These three should be good to go for Week 2, and we'll let you know if anything changes. By the way, Knile Davis @BoobieKnile_Era is Charles' backup. You should find a spot for him if you own Charles.
