Jaguars QB Blaine Gabbert is a game-time decision; TE Marcedes Lewis out

I know Jaguars news without a mention of Maurice Jones-Drew or Cecil Shorts doesn't excite you. Just deal with it.
The Jaguars don't quite know whom their starting quarterback will be for Sunday's game against the Chiefs. Blaine Gabbert @BlaineGabbert is listed as questionable due to a sprained right thumb. Head coach Gus Bradley said Gabbert did handle "most of the reps" during Friday's practice, but he figures to be a game-time decision. Chad Henne is next on the depth chart.
Tight end Marcedes Lewis @MarcedesLewis89 has no shot of playing this weekend. He has been ruled out after aggravating a calf injury earlier in the week.
"I was feeling great, I was running great and my conditioning was great," Lewis said. "The good thing about it is, it's not back to square one. It's like having a scab re-open. Hopefully I can get back as fast as possible."
Lewis originally suffered the injury in the preseason and was unable to practice on Thursday and Friday. He hopes to return next week when the Jaguars visit the Raiders.

Fantasy Analysis:

Neither player should be on your fantasy radar. Regardless of whether Gabbert plays or not, the Chiefs' defense is looking like a very nice pick-up-and-play option for Week 1. It possesses four players who made it to the Pro Bowl in 2012.
