Your Trent Richardson handcuff is Browns RB Brandon Jackson

For what it's worth, Browns head coach Rob Chudzinski said Tuesday that running back Brandon Jackson @bjackson32 will open the regular season as Trent Richardson's backup. Jackson, who turns 28 in October, is a six-year pro who has been a reserve for most of his career. He did gain more than 1,000 total yards with the Packers in 2010, but he averaged just 3.7 yards per carry. Jackson moved up the depth chart when Montario Hardesty @MoHard20 was placed on injured reserve earlier in the day.
"Brandon is a reliable guy," Chudzinski said. "I have no issues with Brandon. Trent will be the guy that we're counting on in a lot of different ways. We have to do a good job of keeping him fresh throughout the course of the season. I'm looking forward to seeing Brandon in the (Bears) game."
The Browns play the Bears on Thursday in their preseason finale. They face the Dolphins in Week 1.

Fantasy Analysis:

The Browns have lost their top two backup RBs in Hardesty and Dion Lewis @DionLewis28 during August. Jackson is a very mediocre talent, and I expect for the Browns to add another running back soon.

Brandon Jackson cut, as noted in his profile, from Browns. Just in case someone stumbles upon this story later.
