Browns RB Trent Richardson is full-go; QB Brandon Weeden playing quicker
Browns head coach Rob Chudzinski said Monday that running back Trent Richardson reported to camp last week with the team's rookies and injured players, and he has been practicing without limitations. Richardson missed most of the team's offseason work because of a pulled leg muscle.
Chudzinski also said quarterback Brandon Weeden "has significantly improved his football and is getting the ball out quicker."
The Browns want to pick up the tempo in all aspects this season, and speeding Weeden up is a big part of that. I think is a sleeper QB2 in Norv Turner's offense and with a bevy of talented receivers.
Richardson has been saying he will be ready for training camp for weeks now. It looks like he has held true to his word. The Browns can only hope they can get him to the regular season without any further bumps. Richardson is a first-round RB.
