Rams plan to line up TE Jared Cook in different spots, including the backfield

Jared Cook @JaredCook89 has never exceeded 50 receptions, 800 yards or four touchdowns in any of his four NFL seasons. Those aren't numbers worthy of a five-year, $35 million deal, but that's what the Rams think the athletic tight end is worth, and they will do just about anything with Cook to justify that fat contract. Literally, just about anything.
"He's going to play all over the place," head coach Jeff Fisher said of Cook. "We've even got him in the backfield, so we've got some good things for him."

Fantasy Analysis:

Cook played 67 percent of his snaps out of the slot last season, so he is no stranger to moving out wide. But positioning him behind the quarterback should be ... interesting. I love the creative approach the Rams are taking in the name of getting Cook open. He is poised for a huge season, and he is one of my favorite players to draft. If I don't end up with Jimmy Graham in the second round or Vernon Davis in the fourth or fifth round, I will happily wait until the middle rounds and let Cook fall to me. I expect his ADP to rise significantly during July and August.
