Michael Vick still has speed. Just ask the dusted LeSean McCoy

In a footrace that teammates witnessed but apparently nobody recorded video of, 32-year-old Michael Vick @MikeVick sprinted past 24-year-old Eagles teammate LeSean McCoy @CutonDime25 in a 40-yard dash. Yes, Philadelphia coach Chip Kelly signed off on the race, one that Vick apparently won with room to spare. Yes, this post proves there is little NFL news in the post-draft cycle right now.

Fantasy Analysis:

This post also serves as a reminder that there has never been a question with Vick the dynamic athlete. Even with wear and tear, the mobile quarterback remains that and then some - when he plays. Injuries have crushed Vick's fantasy value in recent seasons - 13 missed games over the last three campaigns including six last year - but upside remains especially with weapons like McCoy and DeSean Jackson around him. Vick is no longer a QB1 especially after Robert Griffin III, Andrew Luck and Russell Wilson joined the fray, yet in Kelly's new offense there are weeks where he'll likely be ranked as such. That is assuming the lefty picks up the up-tempo schemes quickly. If he does, expect a surge of Vick = fantasy sleeper talk come July and August. We'll see...
