The are plenty of adjectives to use, but simply, the Jets' offense in 2012 was something less than good. Marty Mornhinweg has been tasked with improving it. He was hired to be the team's offensive coordinator on Friday. The Jets ranked 28th in scoring offense this season. Under Mornhinweg, the Eagles were inside the top 10 in scoring offense from 2008-11.
Fantasy Analysis:
Yeah, it's amazing what Michael Vick, DeSean Jackson, Jeremy Maclin, LeSean McCoy and Andy Reid can do to make an offense productive. I don't know what rabbits Mornhinweg can pull out of his hat to turn around this Jets offense that is devoid of talent. The quarterback situation is the envy of no teams, perhaps CFL included. Shonn Greene and Dustin Keller
are free agents, and Santonio Holmes
is trying to make his way back from foot surgery. Good luck, Marty.
