We heard on Wednesday that Redskins quarterback Robert Griffin III
would start Sunday against the Eagles "barring a setback" during practice. That setback didn't come Thursday. Griffin went through another full practice, taking the first-team snaps, and he remains on track to return this weekend. Griffin missed Week 15's game against the Browns due to a mild sprain of the LCL in his right knee.
Fantasy Analysis:
It's Week 16, the championship week for most fantasy leagues, and one of the top rules for this week is to not overthink it. If Griffin plays -- and he will -- he should definitely be in your lineup. We shouldn't even need to analyze his matchup, even though it's a good one against the Eagles, who have allowed the seventh-most fantasy points to quarterbacks this season. But all of that's beside the point: Once it's made official, get Griffin into a starting spot and don't look back.
