The Baltimore Ravens are leading the AFC North by two games, but not everything is so lovely in "Charm City." Offensive coordinator Cam Cameron was fired and replaced by quarterbacks coach and former Colts head coach Jim Caldwell. The Ravens rank 18th in total offense.

owners, rejoice. This change means the Ravens will not forget about their best player for long stretches during games as Cameron was wont to do. It's a little weird to see such a big switch come this late in the year for a successful team, but a change was needed.
