In 1995, former San Francisco 49ers legend Jerry Rice accumulated 1,848 yards, a record that still stands to this day. It is also still very possible that Johnson eclipses 2,000 yards, something no receiver has really come close to doing in NFL history.
Fantasy Analysis:
Megatron has already matched his career-high in receptions (96) and it's almost a certainty he will beat his previous career-high in receiving yards (1,681). These sorts of numbers are becoming trivial for him. Johnson is 27 and is really only now reaching his peak as a football player with any potential retirement possibly coming a decade from today. If you have him in a dynasty league, congratulations. Actually, if you have him in any league at all, congratulations.
