On Wednesday, Vikings wide receiver Percy Harvin
was seen limping while going in and out of his breaks and walking slowly off the practice field. But at least he practiced somewhat. Harvin couldn't even do that much on Thursday. He was held out of the day's practice, and while head coach Leslie Frazier said he is hopeful that Harvin will play Sunday against the Packers, he understands that Harvin will need to show some level of progress prior to game day.
"It would be hard to put him out there in a game without seeing him run around a little bit more than what he did on Wednesday," Frazier said about Harvin. "We'll see what he can do (Friday), if he can do anything."
Harvin is trying to get past a sprained ankle that has forced him to sit out the team's past two games.
Fantasy Analysis:
Harvin is one of those players who is a must-start when active, but it sounds like you can plan on being without him in Week 13. I can't recommend any other options in the Vikings' passing game, including tight end tight end Kyle Rudolph since the Packers allow the third-fewest fantasy points to tight ends.
