New York Giants running back Andre Brown
is out indefinitely with a broken left fibula and as one would expect, his 2012-13 season is over. In the fourth quarter of the Giants' eventual 38-10 victory, Brown came up hobbled. The running game will now split between Ahmad Bradshaw and rookie David Wilson
. New York travels to the Washington Redskins in Week 13.
Fantasy Analysis:
Brown's broken leg isn't a full break and considering he was able to walk off the field, this was not one of those unwatchable or gruesome injuries. That said, Brown's season is over which now means the rookie out of Virginia Tech will have to show and prove. Admittedly though, Bradshaw looked really great, explosive, and played with a nice burst that seemed to have been lacking before the Giants' bye. Wilson better not fumble though or Tom Coughlin might lose his mind. Wilson is probably worth adding although I'd hold off on starting him right away unless the Giants make it very clear how often he will get the ball.
