Bears expect QB Jay Cutler, WR Brandon Marshall to play vs. Vikings

Coming off a dreadful Monday night performance, the Bears expect to have the quarterback not named Jason Campbell under center this weekend. Jay Cutler will have his No. 1 receiver, Brandon Marshall @BMarshall, with him. Cutler sat out Monday's loss to the 49ers because of a concussion. But according to CBS Sports' Jason La Canfora, Cutler has "met concussion protocol to this point," and he was limited in practice Thursday. He has not yet been cleared for game action, but he's closing in on it.
Marshall is nursing a shoulder injury, but the Bears are just trying to gear him up for the day that matters. He was also limited during Thursday's practice and is expected to play his usual role versus the Vikings.

Fantasy Analysis:

Marshall will be fine and should be bolted to your starting lineup. As he showed on Monday night, he can still give you decent points even when the Bears' offense is a total wreck.
I don't want to jump the gun with Cutler because it could turn into a Alex Smith situation where "he's going to play, he's going to play, he's going to play," and then he is a late scratch. But if Cutler is available, he is a fine QB2 against a defense that has allowed the third-most fantasy points to quarterbacks this season.
