The Fort Worth Star-Telegram is reporting that sources close to the Dallas Cowboys do not expect RB DeMarco Murray
to play in Week 12. Dallas hosts the Washington Redskins on Thanksgiving Day. LT Tyron Smith is also not expected to play as neither player practiced Monday. Six other players did not practice and RB Felix Jones
was a limited participant along with three others.
Fantasy Analysis:
It has now been over a month since Murray played a snap. The Cowboys have relied on Jones to shoulder the workload in Murray's absence and that has worked out to varying degrees. Jones put up 55 total yards and a score last week against the Cleveland Browns. Dallas' offensive woes have been well-documented and the blame has shifted from Tony Romo to Dez Bryant
to the offensive line and in each instance, there is a case to be made. Fantasy owners will have to just wait yet another week for Murray to return and hope he can contribute during the fantasy postseason at the very least.
