The Kansas City Chiefs have named quarterback Matt Cassel as their starter against the Pittsburgh Steelers this week. Backup Brady Quinn
is still recovering from a concussion and has not yet been cleared for practice. Cassel has lost seven fumbles this season and has thrown at least one interception in all of his games. Kansas City is 1-7 and have lost their last five contets.
Fantasy Analysis:
Given that the Steelers are ranked first in pass defense, Cassel will have his hands full. The eight-year vet has only accounted for one touchdown since Oct. 1 and really has no business being anywhere near your fantasy team. Quinn will likely be the starter once he's healthy. On the other hand, hopefully Cassel has a good realtor because he probably won't have a job in Kansas City much longer.
