Update: Contrary to what was written earlier below, Jennings was actually "limited" during Friday's practice. His status for Monday's game remains uncertain. He also said he will "push through" his groin injury to play versus Seattle. Because you can always trust what an injured player says about his own chances of suiting up.
---------------------------------------
It's been nothing but depressing news for Greg Jennings
ever since he practiced Tuesday. It appears that Jennings suffered a setback with his groin injury that forced him to miss practice on Thursday, and it was the same story on Friday. The Packers will hold their final practice of the week tomorrow and will play Monday night in Seattle.
Fantasy Analysis:
At best, Jennings looks like a game-time call. Even if he plays, you probably can't afford to wait that long, so take the safe route, and put him on your bench. If it makes you feel any better, I don't think he's going to play anyway, but you don't want to be stuck with a zero from Jennings if you waited on him and have no available options to replace him come Monday night. I liked Randall Cobb
more than James Jones last week, but if you are looking to sub in one of those two guys, I think I'm going to change my mind for this week, mostly because Cobb has been limited this week due to a hamstring injury. He should still play Monday, but I'm not sure if he'll see his usual amount of snaps. Again, why take on the risk when you don't have to?
