Despite the fact that Greg Olsen is having the best year of his career, he isn't often talked about or started in many leagues (even in some that use TEs). Olsen has been very consistent and has put up very solid numbers week after week and has become a legit fantasy starter as not only a TE, but as a flex (especially in PPR leagues). Cam Newton has been hot lately and has come to rely on Olsen to come up with the clutch play. If you need a TE or a Flex start this week, don't be afraid to give Olsen a look.

While he won't be confused with one of the top TEs, Dennis Pitta has been very solid since week 10. If you forget the two games vs. the Steelers where he only caught 1 pass in each game, he has been very good. In those 4 games, Pitta caught at least 5 passes for at least 42 yards and at least 1 touchdown. With this best week being last week in garbage time and no Torrey Smith, Pitta went off for 7 catches 125 yards and 2 touchdowns. It is very possible Smith doesn't play this week as he recuperates from a concussion, leaving more opportunity for Pitta (facing the fifth worst pass D in the league, the NY Giants). If you need a TE or flex start, give Pitta a look.
