Jacoby Jones and the Baltimore Ravens face the New York Giants in week 16. Jones has been a non factor as a fantasy wide receiver this season, scoring only one touchdown and contributing mainly on special teams for the Ravens. That could change this week as Torrey Smith is dealing with the effects of a mild concussion sustained in a week 15 loss to the Denver Broncos. It is tough for players to be cleared the week after a concussion, making it likely that Smith will miss this week's game. Jones should get more looks than usual in what could be a high scoring game against the Giants this week. The Giants' pass defense has been shaky at best this season, giving up an average of 253 yards per game through the air. Jones is owned in just 13 percent of fantasy league, but could be useful as a plug in WR 3 this week. Fantasy owners can start Jacoby Jones and can expect 70 yards and a touchdown from the kick return specialist.

Santana Moss and the Washington Redskins travel to Philadelphia to take on the Eagles in week 16. Moss has been up and down this season, but has been mostly a disappointment as the Redskins' most senior wide receiver. Moss caught five passes for 57 yards in last week's win over the Browns, and would benefit from a possible return of Robert Griffin III this week. While Moss has largely been a disappointment this season, he has found the endzone seven times in 14 games (including a 61 yard touchdown in the Redskins' first meeting with the Eagles this season). Fantasy owners can start the veteran wide receiver this week and can expect 65 yards and a touchdown.
