Week 6: Start 'Em
WR Sidney Rice, SEA
Ever since his breakout season in 2009, fantasy owners have been hoping that one day Rice would get back to that form. While Rice doesn't seem to have the same speed to be that big play receiver he once was, he has become the receiver that rookie QB Russell Wilson looks to the most. Rice leads the Seahawks in targets (27), receptions (17) and yards (199). This coming week Seattle will be in a tough place, as they face the New England Patriots. The Pats are giving up the 3rd most passing yards this season at 291.6 yards per game. Look for Rice to have a big game this week, very possibly eclipsing the 100 yard mark for the first time this season. If you are in need of a flex or WR3, especially in PPR leagues, give Rice a look.
TE Heath Miller, PIT
Last week we talked about starting Kyle Rudolph as he had a juicy matchup vs. the Tennessee Titans, who had already given up over 250 yards and 5 touchdowns after four weeks to TE's. Rudolph added to the Titans' woes at defending TE's when he caught 4 passes for 23 yards and yes another TD. Well this week Miller is the lucky one to get to face the Titans and have this juicy match up. Miller is on pace for his best season, after posting very solid numbers over the first four game of the season. (19 receptions for 170 yards and 4 TDs). Despite Miller's good numbers he still isn't considered a weekly starter (better suited as bye week fill), especially when he has a great match up like this. If you're in need of a starting TE this week, give Miller a look.
