Frenchy has missed the past two games with a foot injury and appears likely to be a game time decision for week 4 after turning in a limited Wednesday practice. In week 4, the Redskins face a Tampa Bay defense that has floundered over the first three games, allowing the 2nd most fantasy PPG to opposing WRs. Leonard Hankerson and Santana Moss would gain some fantasy relevance if Garcon is forced to miss another week. TE Fred Davis also emerged from his early season slump in week 3, posting 7 catches for 90 yards and could see an uptick in targets if Garcon misses his third straight game.

Maclin reached the end zone in each of his first two games this season, but a hip pointer injury limited his snaps in week 2 and he was held out of the week 3 blowout loss in Arizona. Maclin put in close to a full Wednesday practice and has said he expects to play in the critical division matchup with the Giants on Sunday night. The Giants' pass defense has struggled this season, allowing the 5th most fantasy points to opposing WRs. In one game against the Giants last season Maclin had 5 catches for 69 yards and no TDs. If Maclin suffers any setbacks, rookie Damaris Johnson (Tulsa) would get another start and could be a week 4 sleeper after he tallied 5 catches for 84 yards and led the team with 11 targets in week 3.

Nicks' troublesome foot injury forced him to miss the week three Thursday night game in Carolina, which opened the door for Ramses Barden's breakout performance (9 catches for 138 yards). Nicks missed Wednesday's practice but early word is that he intends to practice later in the week and is expected to start in a crucial division battle against Philadelphia on Sunday night. At less than 100% and in a potential showdown with shutdown CB Nnamdi Asomugha, consider your alternatives before inserting Nicks into your week 4 lineups. In two games against Philly last season, Nicks totaled just six catches for 94 yards with no TDs.
