The waiter was on the receiving end of RG3's first career TD pass -- an 88 yarder, but soon exited the win over the Saints with a foot injury that kept him sidelined for the 2nd half. X-rays came back negative and Garcon has vowed that he'll be on the field for the week 2 matchup with a re-tooled Rams secondary (led by free agent addition Cortland Finnegan) that gave Matt Stafford fits in week 1. Garcon was held out of Wednesday's practice, but we still expect he gives it a go this week. If he's forced to sit out, Santana Moss and TE Fred Davis would see their fantasy stock rise. Leonard Hankerson might be worth considering in deeper PPR leagues, but he was held without a catch in week 1.

Greg Jennings suffered a groin injury in the week 1 loss to the 49ers and is listed as doubtful for the Thursday night division battle with Chicago. Having the short week didn't do him any favors and despite being listed as a game time decision, he is very unlikely to play this week which upgrades the fantasy prospects of James Jones and Randall Cobb (each will see a significant uptick in targets for the pass happy Packers). Green Bay faces a Chicago defense that ranked 28th against the pass last season and could be without their top CB --Charles Tillman-- who suffered a lower leg injury in week 1, which opened the door for Reggie Wayne's monster performance. In two games against the Bears last season, Aaron Rodgers averaged 290 YPG with eight passing touchdowns. If Jennings is ruled out, Cobb and Jones each could have WR2 potential for week 2.

The Eagles' 4th year WR suffered a hip pointer in the 1-point week 1 win over Cleveland and missed Wednesday's practice. The Eagles added Mardy Gilyard to their roster, which some are thinking means Maclin could be in danger of missing the week 2 home opener against Baltimore. Maclin had a solid week 1 performance, finishing with 7 catches for 96 yards and a TD, but did most of his damage in the first half. Jason Avant would likely get the start opposite Desean Jackson if Maclin is held out, but would be nothing more than a desperation play against a Raven defense that ranked 4th against the pass in 2011 (196 YPG) and held Andy Dalton to 221 yards with no TDs on Monday night.
