Sidney Rice and the Seattle Seahawks travel to Arizona for a division battle against the Cardinals in week one. Rice has been one of the league's most injury prone wide receivers over the past few seasons, and missed most of training camp and the preseason with Seattle. While Rice is oft injured, he does produce when he is healthy and on the field. Rice was declared "ready to go" by coach Pete Carroll, meaning that he will start in week one. Fantasy owners who took a risk on drafting Rice should get him into their lineups while they can. Rice put up eight catches for 109 yards in a week three matchup with the Cardinals last season, and he should be able to have another good game this week in Arizona. Fantasy owners can start Sidney Rice and can expect five receptions for 80 yards and a touchdown.

Titus Young and the high flying Detroit Lions offense start the season at home against the St. Louis Rams. The second year wide receiver is one of my favorite sleepers for the entire season; he should be able to get off to a hot start against the Rams defense. The Rams defense will be unable to stop the Lions' prolific offense, making it a good idea to start most (if not all) of the Lions skill position players this week in fantasy leagues. The Lions' run game is in a bad spot to start the season; with Jahvid Best injured and Mikel Leshoure suspended, the Lions will throw the ball even more than usual. With Calvin Johnson being the focus of every defense that will face the Lions offense this season, Young will face single coverage, allowing Matthew Stafford to help him build a breakout season. Fantasy owners can start Titus Young this week as a WR 3 or Flex play and can expect at least four catches for 70 yards and a touchdown.

Injury Status: Injured Reserve
