		This isn't a no-brainer, for me at least; I think losing Winston hurts Houston's line. But the Ravens have line issues of their own, so it's tough to justify elevating Rice over Foster. Can't go wrong either way.

		In the argument of which RB goes first, I'm ever so slightly leaning Rice's way since he has less competition for carries compared to Arian Foster and the Texans OL could be weaker following key losses. Oh, also Rice is a dual-threat stud, so there's that.

		Very close to Ray Rice as the RB1/RB2 debate in all formats, especially PPR. McCoy is a key part of the high powered Philadelphia offense and he gets more than his fair share of touches and TDs even with Vick running at QB. Despite two rookies added in Philly, he remains the top back by a wide margin.

		This won't be a popular pick, and blah blah blah about risk and fragility and women's undergarments. The only other player I considered here was Jamaal Charles. My RB2 will miss a week or two and be in the top five for average fantasy points when he's back. For how long? It's not like suddenly the number is "probably six weeks, eight if I'm lucky." Every RB is in danger. I'll take one of the most explosive players at the position who's still scheduled to receive a featured back's workload. You can have some of the other guys, later, when I'm picking from the QBs, WRs and TEs who are still plenty "safe."

		I'll gladly take him in the middle of the 2nd round. It's not often you can get a back as talented as him this late, but it doesn't come without significant risk. If he is fully recovered from the knee injury, this pick will definitely pay off.

		A lot of different directions I could go here. WR-WR to start isn't at the top of people's strategies this year - more like a Plan C or D - but I like Andre Johnson quite a bit while I'm more even on the available RB. I'd rather wait at QB. I'm loath to leave that second stud TE for one of the guys who got a top 3 RB already, but c'est la vie. Short of getting Jimmy Graham, I'd rather wait at TE too.

		Gronkowski was a force among many big tight end performances in 2011. He has the unique combination of size, speed and receiving skills that make him too difficult for a normal linebacker or safety to cover one on one. He scored 17 touchdowns, a number that is likely to not be replicated but even if he scored "only" 10 he still would have been the top TE last year. Take him as the top tight end in all formats.

		First draft this year I've gone RB-RB (also first draft I've had a top 3 pick). Been leery of Charles near the first turn, but at this point I'll bite. The Chiefs ground game is looking rather nice this year.

The concussion issue doesn't bother me at all.

		I was hoping for Jamaal Charles to fall here and as a Bills fan I've got too much pent up angst against Marshawn Lynch to trust him with even the smallest of red flags next to his name on my cheatsheet. He's not a sexy pick, but a reliable (very) high target guy in White who people are writing off a little too soon as we're all wowed by the young guy Julio Jones.

The fact that he's my 3rd runner mitigates the suspension risk. It also gives me 3 potential top 6 backs. The other positions are plenty deep enough to make this work.

		After going RB-RB, I like having a guy like Nicks to head my WR corps. His ADP is a full round later than it was last year. The injury concerns are there, but give me the WR with the highest ceiling on the board every time.

		Not sure how he gets passed up in this format, but I'll take it. His production should decline with the addition of Brandon Lloyd, but he'll still get close to 100 catches with quality yards and a handful of touchdowns.

		Just when I thought I'd never end up with this guy. ... I might be more skeptical than most about some slide, but Newton's ridiculous skills set his floor high enough that it won't be a concern, barring an injury. Subtract five rushing TDs and 500 passing yards, and he's still a top-five fantasy QB. The incomprehensible obsession with WRs in this draft made this possible.

		I dont want to take a QB, I dont want to take a QB, I dont want to take a QB. Oh hell! I am taking a QB. Stafford is too good and to much of a value pick here to pass up. If I though Vick would still be there at the end of round 5 I'd wait...but he wont be.

		He's not the most exciting WR1, but you can't ask for much more certainty than he gives, assuming that his knee issues don't come up again. The "values" at other positions are no really no more, because the questions don't come with answers just because it's a round or two later.

		Remember that old game show, Press Your Luck? Feels like I'm playing that right now with this mock draft. I know I should be taking a RB here, or a QB or a TE. I had a RB queued up and the write-up ready to go and everything. And then I thought... what if? Thomas looks really tempting. How is this going to turn out if I grab my Flex starter - another WR - and then still need to fill the other skill positions later? I'll take a hit at RB no doubt, but if I remember last year in half of these drafts a bunch of my RB didn't last the season anyway. Okay, lets find out. No whammies.

		Reggie Bush had his best rushing season ever in the NFL last year for Miami, averaging five yards per carry and topping 1,000 yards on the ground. His touchdowns (six) and receptions (43) were a little more modest than you would want from a top running back, but the Dolphins have said that they want to use him more, especially as a receiver. With a young quarterback in Ryan Tannehill about to take over, playmakers with speed will be valuable. Daniel Thomas, the backup to Bush, also has not shown much which elevates Bush to a stable starting tailback.
