Ovr Pick Franchise Selection Pos. Team Age Exp.
1 1.07 2MugsFF.com Matt Forte RB CHI 27 4
I really dislike drafting from this spot. Rather than watch Chris Johnson underwhelm me all year, I'll take Forte despite Michael Bush being around. He'll catch enough passes to justify this spot for me.
2 2.06 2MugsFF.com Adrian Peterson RB MIN 28 5
I'll gladly take him in the middle of the 2nd round. It's not often you can get a back as talented as him this late, but it doesn't come without significant risk. If he is fully recovered from the knee injury, this pick will definitely pay off.
3 3.07 2MugsFF.com Hakeem Nicks WR NYG 25 3
After going RB-RB, I like having a guy like Nicks to head my WR corps. His ADP is a full round later than it was last year. The injury concerns are there, but give me the WR with the highest ceiling on the board every time.
4 4.06 2MugsFF.com Brandon Lloyd WR --- 31 9
I think Lloyd will function as a WR1 this year, so I'm like this spot to grab him. The only question remaining is how many of Brady's 50 TDs he'll catch.
5 5.07 2MugsFF.com Antonio Brown WR PIT 24 2
I had my eyes on Vick, but with him going the pick before this I'll shore up my WR spot with Brown as my WR3. After going RB-RB to start, I'm very happy ending up with Nicks, Lloyd, and Brown as my weekly starters. Seems like a good year to wait for your WRs if the RB talent is there at the beginning.
6 6.06 2MugsFF.com Peyton Hillis RB --- 27 4
As long as he stays healthy, I'll take the over on 230 carries. Hillis offers a versatile flex option. He'll probably have a small role in the passing game, but he'll make up for his lack of receptions with touchdowns hopefully.
7 7.07 2MugsFF.com Peyton Manning QB DEN 37 14
The hardest part here was trying to decide which QB to take since a lot of them have fallen here. I've found that Manning has ended up on a lot of my teams this year, and that I'm absolutely fine with. As most people are projecting Decker and Thomas to both have pretty big seasons, I'll take the guy who is going to be responsible for making that happen.
8 8.06 2MugsFF.com Ryan Williams RB ARI 23 1
At this point I feel good about taking someone like Williams who could emerge as a decent RB2 option. When (not if) Beanie gets hurt, there will be a couple of weeks where he'll be very valuable.
9 9.07 2MugsFF.com Austin Collie WR --- 27 3
Collie was Luck's favorite target in the first preseason game, so there's a little hope that he'll have a revival this year. He should be a pretty consistent 10 point guy in PPR leagues, and the occasional touchdown will be a nice boost in a best ball format like this.
10 10.06 2MugsFF.com Randy Moss WR --- 36 14
At this point, I don't mind taking a flyer on a guy like Moss. It's pretty much boom or bust with him, and that's he extent of my analysis...
11 11.07 2MugsFF.com Owen Daniels TE HOU 30 6
Not in love with Daniels, but he's my favorite of what is left in terms of PPR. Definitely the weak spot on my tam after waiting until now to grab a TE. Olsen was my top choice and he lost made it back to me.
12 12.06 2MugsFF.com Andrew Luck QB IND 23 R
I really just want to have Peyton Manning AND the guy that replaced him on my team. I will have no issues if Luck decides to light it up every week and replaces Manning as the weekly starter on my fantasy team as well.
13 13.07 2MugsFF.com Leonard Hankerson WR WAS 25 1
Flyer....Like Hankerson's game, we'll see how much of an opportunity he gets though.
14 14.06 2MugsFF.com Martellus Bennett TE CHI 26 4
It's a big question mark what this guy will do for the Giants, but there's always been some value at the TE position in NY.
15 15.07 2MugsFF.com Marcel Reece RB OAK 27 4
Oakland uses this guy everywhere on the field. He won't be a weekly asset, but could crack the starting lineup once or twice in a best ball format like this.
16 16.06 2MugsFF.com Rueben Randle WR NYG 22 R
Nicks insurance
17 17.07 2MugsFF.com Sebastian Janikowski PK OAK 35 12
Why not grab the polish meatball at this point?
18 18.06 2MugsFF.com Devery Henderson WR --- 31 8
He is the #2 in New Orleans, so the upside is there.
19 19.07 2MugsFF.com Kansas City Defense Def KC
20 20.06 2MugsFF.com Golden Tate WR SEA 24 2
