Week 7: Box Score Bandit
In what was a showdown between the league's conference leaders, fantasy owners
reaped huge points from New England's lethal offense. Don't look now, but Tom
Brady is on pace to break Peyton Manning's 49-TD season as he tossed a franchise-record
five touchdowns.
Brady's record-setting numbers were a far cry from the rest of the league though,
as two more quarterbacks got knocked out of games (Vince Young, Kurt Warner).
The result is making owners rely on production from guys like Brian Griese and
43-year old Vinny Testaverde, both of whom actually have fantasy value.
Don't have time to scour the box scores? No need to worry, the Bandit
is here every week to break down all of the games for owners - fantasy style.
Check out the latest quick hits on the studs, bench plays, sleepers, and injuries
from the week that was.
